Terms & Conditions
These conditions apply to enquiries made through this website and to access to the private client area. They sit alongside our Terms of Use and our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
1. Enquiries
When you send an enquiry through this website, you are asking us to contact you about the JVLXV development. You are not entering into any agreement to purchase, reserve or hold any property, and we are not obliged to respond or to make any property available to you.
You confirm that the information you give us is accurate, and that if you provide another person's details you have their permission to do so.
2. Information we send you
If you ask us to, we will send you information about the development. We will contact you about your enquiry using the details you give us. We will not add you to a marketing list without your separate, specific consent, and where you have given it you may withdraw it at any time.
3. The private client area
Access to the private client area is granted at our discretion. It contains the sales brochure, the investment memorandum, architectural drawings, plans and specifications.
Those documents are confidential. In accessing them you agree:
- to use them only to evaluate the development;
- not to copy, publish, distribute or disclose them to any third party, other than to your own professional advisers, who must be bound by the same obligation;
- not to share your access credentials; and
- to tell us promptly if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
The technical drawings are labelled in Spanish and are supplied as issued by the project architect.
4. Accuracy of documents
The documents in the client area describe the development as designed. They are subject to the definitive project, to planning and building consents, and to change during construction. Figures, areas, specifications and timescales are indicative and are not warranted.
Any financial information, including the investment memorandum and market study, is provided for information only. It is not investment advice, not a financial promotion, and not a recommendation. It has not been prepared in accordance with any regulatory requirement designed to promote the independence of investment research. You should take your own professional, legal, tax and financial advice before making any decision.
5. No offer
Nothing made available through this website or the client area constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any property or security. Any transaction will be governed exclusively by the contract signed by the parties, together with the deeds, plans and specifications annexed to it.
6. Withdrawal of access
We may suspend or withdraw access to the client area at any time, in particular where we believe these conditions have been breached.
7. Liability
The limitations and exclusions set out in clause 9 of our Terms of Use apply equally to these conditions.
8. Governing law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law, and clause 10 of our Terms of Use applies to any dispute.
